Real Estate in Hawaii has been in my blood for 3 generations now and I consider myself fortunate to possess the wealth of information that I have at my disposal. I have known I was going to be a REALTOR in Hawaii for years before I began my career in 2000 and got licensed in 2004. Once I started, I never questioned my decision.
I am the mother of 3 wonderful children and while I love them dearly, it is possible that they are the best training I’ve gotten on how to expect the best and to be prepared for the worst. A successful real estate transaction is often well served with that type of awareness. In our current housing environment, between pricing, loan requirements and the pace of the market, one cannot afford to make any assumptions and my approach is to be constantly focused on the transaction and ensuring that my clients are moving toward their ultimate destination of closing on their home. You can count on me to be sure that the long list of details are being taken care of on a daily basis.
My mother, Cori Meyers, is the Principal Broker of Kapolei Realty which was opened in 1995. She has been involved in the West Oahu real estate market for over 30 years. When I joined forces with her, we have been working together to create the best Real Estate office serving the Leeward Coast and we do everything we can to build upon that every day. Our intent is to make the transition from real estate agent to trusted advisor and believe that if we provide the best level of service possible, that the business will take care of itself.
Client satisfaction is the hallmark of our office and we place our clients trust and satisfaction at the top of our priorities. As a property manager of over 100 rental properties, ours is a business based on long term relationships and attention to details. My real estate business is no different and once our business relationship begins, it will be my stated goal to be the only person you will ever need to meet all of your real estate needs.
I live in Kapolei with my husband and 3 children and we enjoy all that Hawaii offers us every day. We enjoy the beach, the mountains, traveling and visiting our extended Ohanas. To me, family is the most important part of my life and I would enjoy the opportunity of helping you and yours to benefit from living in what I believe to be the best place to live in the world.
